• Are there any hidden fees?

  Nope. The price you see is the price you pay. We don’t tack on “administrative”, “management”, “setup”, or “gate access” fees at the last minute. You won’t get surprises on your storage bill.

• Can I rent my storage unit by the month?

  Yes, our rental agreements are month-to-month, so you don’t have to sign a long-term lease.

• How easily can I access my storage unit?

  You drive directly up to our standard units, making it easy and convenient to move your belongings. We offer wide, paved driveways. Interior climate-controlled units are also easily accessible.

• If I rent for six months or a year, can I get a discount?

  Yes. If you pay for 6 months in advance, you get half off the 7th month. When you pay for 12 months upfront, the 13th month is free.

• Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?

  Liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials, and perishables. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.

• Will I need to have a lock for my storage unit?

  Yes, to keep your possessions as secure as possible, we offer high-quality, high-security locks specifically designed for storage units at a reasonable price.

• Do you keep a key to my storage unit?

  No, you are the only one who will have your key. Please keep it in a safe place. We protect your privacy and personal information.

• What is the best way to pack a unit?

  Larger and more infrequently used items should go in the back of the unit. Remember to keep a walkway in the center of your rental to make it easier to access items. Always keep items labeled and a list of items stored, even a photo on the outside of each box will allow you to “see” what’s inside.
